After-hours service is available by appointment, with rates clearly disclosed before we travel. No surprises, no inflated emergency markups — just dependable service when you need it most.

  • No. Texas notaries are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, recommend specific forms, or explain the legal effect of documents. If you need legal guidance, please consult a licensed Texas attorney.

  • We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • We serve the entire DFW Metroplex from our Addison, TX home base — including Dallas, Tarrant, Denton, Collin, Johnson, Ellis, Navarro, Rockwall, Hunt, Kaufman, Fannin, Grayson, Cooke, Wise, Parker, and Hood counties. Locations beyond 40 miles are available with a custom quote.

  • Not at this time. We currently offer in-person and mobile notarization only. Remote online notarization may be added to our services in the future.

  • Just call or message us as soon as possible. We don't charge cancellation fees for advance notice. For same-day cancellations after we've already begun travel, the applicable travel fee may still apply.
